The Computer Room Operator is responsible for verification of all cash tills and preparation of daily bank deposits. Essential Job Functions: * Verify cash tills * Monitor Front-End for till accumulations and make timely pickups from cashiers. * Ensure that the count rooms are locked at all times. * Pick up cashier receipts and prepare bank deposits in accordance with check-up procedures. * Prepare bank deposits according to store's policies and procedures. * Maintain a daily log of deposits. * Maintain a daily log of vendor, local, and store coupons. * Maintain a daily log of refunds and charges. * Know and enforce strict security policies, procedures, and regulations as they pertain to money handling. * Count and band money. * Exchange cash for checks with the front office before finalizing deposit.
