Job Summary:

HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is seeking a PRN Emergency Medicine Physician to join us at our West Volusia Freestanding Standing Emergency Department in Deland, FL.

Qualified Candidates:

* Qualified candidates should be board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or ABOEM)
* Family Medicine and Internal Medicine board certified candidates accepted with 6,000 hours experience or 3 years of experience immediately prior to coming to HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital
* ACLS & PALS required

* Brand new free-standing emergency room with 10 beds plus trauma room opened July 2025
* Fully integrated with HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, a Level II Trauma Center
* Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus with seamless care handoff to our excellent intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists
