As a Security Officer - Resort Patrol Team in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible throughout the property. You will interact with guests and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

* Provide excellent customer service to guests, residents, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel condominium property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
* Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to observe for unusual or suspicious behavior.
* Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations or coordinating with first responders.
* Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance issues, and/or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Work collaboratively with hotel condominium staff and Allied Universal team members to maintain a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

* Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
