This role is essential to maintaining the financial accuracy and efficiency of our operations, requiring a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices and software. Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. - Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment reconciliation. - Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. - Utilize QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online for effective financial management and reporting. - Process bi-monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. - Generate KPI reports to monitor and enhance business performance. - Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for auditing and reporting purposes. - Collaborate with team members to address financial discrepancies and improve processes. - Prepare financial documentation and reports as required for management review. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Requirements - Minimum of three years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping. - Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online. - Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. - Experience with bank reconciliations and payroll processing. - Ability to generate and analyze KPI reports. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation. - Familiarity with accounting standards and practices.
