Job DescriptionPosition: General Liability Associate Attorney Location: San Diego, San Francisco, or Los Angeles, CA Experience Level: 3+ years Work Arrangement: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: A well-established law firm with offices across California is seeking an experienced General Liability Associate Attorney to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to handle a variety of civil defense matters while enjoying a supportive, collaborative environment with strong professional growth potential. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of general liability and civil litigation matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and product liability. Conduct and defend depositions, attend court hearings, and prepare cases for trial. Draft and respond to motions, pleadings, and discovery. Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel. Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys to ensure strategic case development. Qualifications: 3+ years of general liability litigation experience, ideally on the defense side. Strong litigation and case management skills, including deposition and motion practice. California Bar admission required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while meeting deadlines.
