THE BAYSHORE is recruiting for a hospitality focused PRN Maintenance Tech to join our team This position is responsible for performing Preventative Maintenance and Refurbishment functions throughout the community.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech:
* Exemplify at all times Community standards of professionalism and following safety protocols.
* Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and refurbishment tasks as outlined by our work order system or direct assignment from Director of Plant Operations
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
* Trade School diploma preferred and 2+ years experience in hotel, apartment or senior living maintenance
* Electrical / HVAC experience preferred
Starting rates of $22+/hr depending on experience
