**Job Title:** Warehouse/Forklift Operator

**Location:** Hayward

**Salary Range:** $22-$23/hr.

**Position Type:** Temp to perm

**Shift:** M-F 9-6 or 12-9 Hours may flex for seasonal or high demand.

**Job Description:**

The client is a full-service multifamily flooring provider passionate about having the best team in the industry to provide the best quality installation and service to customers.

**Role and Responsibilities:**

+ Cutting Carpet Orders

+ Cutting Vinyl Orders

+ Warehouse Organization

+ Maintain Inventory/Stock

+ Cutting samples

+ Loading pad

+ Empty Trash in and outside office

+ Dilute additive

+ Maintaining warehouse Cleanliness

+ Cycle counts

+ Allocating

+ Staging of Materials

+ Process Returns & Measure

+ Print cut sheets

+ Using nonstock balances

+ Using roll balances efficiently

+ Cycling Inventory

+ Cut balances of pad

+ Stage Underlayment

+ Stage special jobs

+ Receiving - everything must have a label and organized in the warehouse

**Qualified Candidates will possess the following skills:**

+ Bi-lingual in English / Spanish

+ Computer literate

+ Strong typing and data entry skills

+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

+ Excellent attention to detail

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Previous forklift experience

+ Valid Driver's License and cannot have 2 or more violations in 3 years
