Description & RequirementsCome join our family at In-N-Out Burger We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time, experienced Maintenance Service Technician covering our Salt Lake City, UT market. The Maintenance Service Technician needs to be HVAC certified, and will work for the Service department.*Candidates must live within 30-mile radius from service area. General ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and repair of all In-N-Out Burger restaurant equipment - Cooking equipment, A/C units, refrigeration, plumbing, light carpentry, door, shelves, etc.Working well independently with little or no supervisionTraveling to the In-N-Out stores in your region at a moment's notice, in case of emergenciesObserving all safety guidelines and maintaining the cleanliness of your specific work areaWork Schedule + BenefitsFull-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)Schedule: Five (5) days a week, rotating schedule including holidays and weekendsHours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., occasional on-call availability requiredTravel is required (25%) and it is preferred if this individual lives in close proximity to the Salt Lake City area Excellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA's, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans and Pet InsurancePay Range is $34.81-$38.90 per hour The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. QualificationsMust have EPA certification and HVAC certificationA minimum of three (3) years' experience in working in refrigeration, air conditioning repair, restaurant equipment repairStrong electrical troubleshooting and repair experienceKnowledge of High Voltage AC Power (3 Phase) 'Soda Fountain' and trade school experience is a plusStrong experience working as a Maintenance tech on commercial jobsA valid UT Driver's License is required (Company vehicle provided) About In-N-Out BurgerIn-N-Out Burger was founded in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder in Baldwin Park, California, and remains privately owned and operated.
