The eCommerce Graphic Designer role will be a key contributor to growing our US ECommerce business. You'll sweep us off our feet if:

You'll make an impact by:

* Designing and developing high-quality images and graphics - Create visually appealing and informative graphics for online item pages that effectively communicate product information and elevate the customer experience.
* Maintaining operational control - Manage multiple projects simultaneously for you and your team, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work.
* Leveraging tools & channels - Partner with internal team members to implement and optimize production tools for the studio and image outputs to ensure efficient operations.
* Building strategic relationships: Support program managers and partners by exploring and aligning to business strategies and output needs.
* Operating with excellence - Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
