We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction while supporting smooth operations.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Exceptional Customer Service:** Provide outstanding service to all guests, creating memorable experiences every shift.- **Guest Engagement:** Actively listen to guests to anticipate their needs and offer personalized solutions.- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about gaming machines and features, and assist guests with any machine-related issues.- **Promote Initiatives:** Enthusiastically share and promote our marketing initiatives with every guest.- **Documentation:** Accurately record guest activities and maintain necessary records.- **Cleanliness Standards:** Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas, including the café, gaming spaces, restrooms, and kitchen.- **Waste Management:** Regularly empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal.- **Communication:** Effectively communicate any business needs, including guest feedback, equipment issues, and inventory levels.- **Financial Transactions:** Manage cash transactions responsibly, including cash drawers, sales, daily deposits, and tips.- **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol and gaming by checking IDs for all guests.- **Support Inspections:** Collaborate with liquor, gaming, and health inspectors to maintain compliance and foster positive relationships.- **Food and Beverage Service:** Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring consistent quality and standards.- **Temperature Monitoring:** Record cooler and freezer temperatures during each shift.- **Training and Certification:** Complete required certification courses within 30 days of hire, including Basset, Allergen, sexual harassment, and Illinois Food Manager certifications.- **Safety and Security:** Provide a safe environment for staff, guests, and vendors by locking doors, setting alarms, and reporting any safety hazards.- **Attendance:** Maintain regular and punctual attendance.- **Additional Duties:** Perform other tasks as requested by management.**Qualifications:**- Must be at least 21 years of age.- Previous customer service experience is preferred.- Reliable transportation is required.- Ability to operate a touch-sensitive POS system.- Physical ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry up to 15 pounds.- Knowledge of the service environment and strong interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.- Willingness to attend meetings and training sessions as required.If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we would love to hear from you Join us in making every guest's experience unforgettable.Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 15.00 Per Hour
