This full-time role blends customer support, marketing, and networking responsibilities. You'll engage with key business partners, support marketing initiatives, and represent our company at trade shows and events. Additionally, you'll assist with sales follow-ups, vendor coordination, and showroom operations to enhance the customer experience.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain referral networks with builders, designers, realtors, and industry professionals.Represent our brand at local networking events and trade shows.Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns.Organize home shows and events to increase brand awareness.Follow up on open sales quotes and engage past customers to close sales.Assist sales consultants by coordinating with vendors and customers.Provide administrative support to the office and sales team to improve operational efficiency.Assist with showroom operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional customer experience.What We're Looking ForExperience in networking, relationship-building, or business development.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.Strong multitasking abilities with the capability to work independently.Prior customer service experience is essential.Interest in interior design or window coverings is a plus.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, kneel, bend, and squat regularly.Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Occasional Saturday showroom coverage may be required (minimal).Compensation & Additional PerksHourly Rate: $18.00 per hour (Full-time, 40 hours per week)Retirement Plan: Additional 3% IRA match availableWork Location: On-site (no remote work)Health Benefits: While direct health benefits are not provided, we offer access to competitive insurance options through an independent broker.If you're looking for a dynamic role where you can use your networking and marketing skills while working in a fun, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you Apply today and become part of a growing company with exciting opportunities ahead.Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 18.00 Per Hour
