You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing accurate financial guidance.Our Work Environment Includes:Opportunities for career advancementA diverse international workforceCasual work attireA safe and supportive workplaceKey ResponsibilitiesManage and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts, compiling necessary data and documentationPrepare financial status and transaction reports, including profit and loss statementsIdentify and resolve discrepancies in financial recordsCoordinate audits and ensure adherence to standard requirementsReconcile accounts monthly for accurate reporting and ledger maintenanceConduct analyses of specific General Ledger accounts, budget-to-actual reports, or reforecast reportsEnsure timely and accurate completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statementsAssist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and proceduresCollaborate with AR, AP, and other departments to resolve issuesAssist with preparing financial statements for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including consolidationsPreferred QualificationsCPA license requiredAt least 10 years of accounting experience, with a background in senior or management roles preferredIn-depth knowledge of GAAP and tax regulationsStrong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectivelyStrong leadership and communication skillsWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)Remote Work: Not availableEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 80,000.00 120,000.00 Per Year
