In this role, you will provide leadership, drive excellence, and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all.About the RoleAs the Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the community. This includes financial oversight, team leadership, resident care, compliance, and sales and marketing efforts.
