Quality Interactive Montessori School in Cave Creek is accepting full -time Montessori Teacher for our Toddler classrooms. We are welcoming educators that are passionate about teaching, childcare and working as a team. We are seeking candidates that are excellent communicators with children, parents and teaching partners and are fully engaged in the educational process of inquiry, observation, and reflection.Candidates that show a high level of self-awareness and introspection will be a great fit in our culture. We value innovation, creativity and leading-edge thinkers who respect punctuality, preparedness, and steadiness as a model of behavior in the classroom and with colleagues.Candidates are preferred to have Montessori experience and/or certification; however, we are willing to train. Applicants should have a 4-yr. degree; however, work experience will be taken into account.If you feel like you are up for a very rewarding challenge and can see yourself in a positive atmosphere of supportive continual growth, we invite you to apply.Classroom assignments and schedules may vary depending on current openings.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide physical, emotional, and developmental care and education for children Ensure the health and safety of the children in your care Maintain a clean classroom with prompt attention to the child needs Be able to lift and carry children Communicate properly and effectively with parents Work cooperatively with other staff membersQuality Interactive Montessori prides itself on treating our team as professionals. Therefore, you can expect the following as part of our team: Consistent weekly hours. Stable classrooms without shuffling children or combining rooms to maximize ratios.
