Associate Finance Analyst

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Finance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making. Your work will focus on analyzing key financial data, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to the company's profitability by providing insightful cost and pricing analysis. As a key player, you will work across departments, identifying opportunities for financial improvement and helping drive key initiatives forward.Key Responsibilities:Vendor Bill Review: Ensure vendor bills are accurate and in line with contracts and company policies by reviewing high-volume invoices.Profitability Analysis: Analyze product profitability, offering valuable insights that will guide strategic business decisions.Pricing Maintenance: Update and manage the pricing sheet to ensure it reflects accurate and current data.Cost Optimization: Identify areas for improved pricing strategies and negotiate better costs, collaborating with procurement and sales teams.Performance Tracking: Develop metrics to track the effectiveness of pricing strategies on sales and profitability, and present these findings to leadership.Data Visualization & Reporting: Create easy-to-understand financial dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to communicate insights to various teams.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with the company's larger business goals.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all pricing activities comply with relevant laws and industry regulations.Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in financial analysis tools, including Excel and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage large datasets and extract actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, especially when presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders.2+ years of experience in finance, pricing, or a related role preferred.We are an equal-opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
