AR Specialist

We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing finance team In this role, you'll play a key part in managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring smooth financial operations, and collaborating with teams across the company. This position reports to the Controller and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a company that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth. ### What You'll Do: - Reconcile cash receipts from customers and accurately record them in the accounting system. - Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure up-to-date aging, correct application of credits and collections, and timely resolution of discrepancies. - Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up as needed. - Identify opportunities to improve and streamline the accounts receivable process. - Provide invoices and account statements to customers upon request. - Reconcile wire transfers, ACH, and check payments to vendors, ensuring accurate financial records. - Support the accounts payable team in maintaining accurate payment records and processing invoices. - Assist with financial reporting, ad hoc analysis, and pulling information for annual audits. - Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives. ### What We're Looking For: - Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) with 5+ years of accounts receivable experience. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF) and familiarity with accounting systems. - Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers. - Initiative & Problem-Solving: A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. ### Why Join Us? - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement - Flexible working hours and remote work options - A collaborative and supportive team environment If you're looking for a role where you can make an impact and grow your career in finance, we'd love to hear from you Apply today and take the next step in your professional journey.Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
