You will provide essential support to our nail designers and studio leadership, ensuring that our teams have everything they need to create memorable moments of luxury and deliver a premium brand experience.**What You'll Do:****Maintain Cleanliness:**- Organize and manage the cleanliness of the lab and studio supplies.- Follow our 3-step sanitization process for tools to ensure safe services.- Ensure all supplies and tools are organized and readily available for nail designers and editors.- Proactively maintain studio cleanliness to meet our brand standards.- Assist nail designers with cleaning processes and station turnover between services.**Host/Hostess Responsibilities:**- Greet clients with professionalism and courtesy.- Be knowledgeable about all service and product offerings to effectively communicate with clients.- Recommend service upgrades and retail products with confidence.- Offer to hang coats/umbrellas and provide beverages to every client.- Strive to meet and exceed client expectations.**Manage the Service Floor:**- Monitor all areas of the service floor to ensure timely service and smooth client flow.- Contact clients according to our late policy.- Accurately book and/or change appointments as needed.**Drive Revenue:**- Become a product expert to help drive retail sales and meet daily goals.- Educate clients about polish offerings, service upgrades, loyalty program memberships, and retail products.- Optimize bookings for maximum client intake.- Encourage clients to re-book or schedule recurring appointments.- Proactively manage the booking system to accommodate real-time changes.**Who You Are:**- Eager to learn and develop new skills.- Passionate about beauty and hospitality.- Committed to delivering an exceptional client experience in a premium brand environment.- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence in appointment booking.- Capable of multitasking and using computer equipment effectively.**Physical Demands:**The physical demands of this role include the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours), walk frequently, bend or kneel, and handle light cleaning supplies and chemicals.
