ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst (BSA)Overview:We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, supporting the design and implementation of effective ServiceNow solutions. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for process improvement, we'd love to hear from youKey Responsibilities:- Requirement Analysis & Documentation: Translate user requests into well-defined epics and user stories, ensuring clarity for the development team.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with ServiceNow users to analyze workflows, identify development needs, and drive continuous improvements.- Solution Design: Apply ServiceNow best practices and service delivery methodologies to craft efficient solutions that align with business objectives.- Process Mapping & Visualization: Design and maintain visual process flows to support requirements gathering and stakeholder approvals.- Support & Issue Management: Monitor the enhancement ticket queue, ensure proper ticket management, and assign requests to the appropriate teams.- User Training & Documentation: Develop UAT plans, create end-user training materials, and provide ongoing support for system enhancements.- Project Coordination: Track project progress, document key updates, and act as a liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.- Continuous Improvement: Research and recommend enhancements to existing processes and procedures to optimize ServiceNow usage.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM process owners to assist in designing and implementing IT solutions within ServiceNow.- Best Practices Compliance: Follow and maintain documentation standards, ensuring consistency and efficiency across ServiceNow development efforts.- Customer Service & Advocacy: Promote awareness and adoption of ServiceNow capabilities across business teams, acting as a champion for its benefits.Required Skills & Experience:- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience- 5+ years of relevant professional experience- Strong knowledge of IT strategy, ITIL principles, and best practices- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills- Proven ability to engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and prioritize business needs- Experience designing ServiceNow catalog items, automations, and workflows- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and implementations- Ability to act as a bridge between business users and development teams- Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments- Experience managing projects using Jira is a plusPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have, But Not Required):- ServiceNow certification- ITIL certification- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification- Coding experienceThis is an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow professional to make an impact by optimizing workflows, improving efficiency, and driving innovation.
