If you are passionate about turning blueprints into reality, managing complex projects, and contributing to the growth of our company, we want to hear from youResponsibilities:-Project Estimating & Management: Lead all aspects of project estimation and management for various earthwork and related trades scopes.-Site Evaluation: Conduct on-site visits to assess site conditions and gather essential project information.-Technical Analysis: Analyze drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports to develop accurate cost estimates and project plans.-Vendor & Subcontractor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors, reviewing quotes and ensuring competitive pricing.-Take-offs & Budgeting: Prepare take-offs, cost estimates, bid proposals, and budgets to support successful project implementation.-Negotiation & Coordination: Engage with project owners and contractors during bidding and execution, fostering successful project outcomes.-Quality Control & Safety: Oversee field quality and enforce safety measures, contributing to safe and successful project completion.-Project Documentation: Generate project billings, manage project paperwork, and facilitate project close-out procedures.Qualifications:-Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.-Experience: A minimum of 3 years of related experience in civil or geotechnical engineering.-Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.-Construction Expertise: Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry practices.-Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
