If you have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a "can-do" attitude, this could be the perfect opportunity for youWhat You'll Do:As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:Processing orders, receiving purchase orders, and handling quote requests via fax, email, portal, or phone.Checking inventory to confirm product availability.Preparing estimates and quotes with accurate pricing.Managing customer inquiries and resolving order-related concerns.Creating work orders and job tickets in E2 software.Tracking customer orders and providing updates on job status.Ensuring timely order fulfillment and notifying the appropriate departments of ship dates and other requirements.Reviewing all orders for accuracy and completion.Verifying and maintaining up-to-date customer information.Organizing and filing order records efficiently.What We're Looking For:Education & Experience: A college degree or relevant work experience.Skills & Mindset: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proactive Attitude: A willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.What's in It for You?Competitive Salary: $60,000 per yearGenerous Benefits Package:Paid Time Off & Holidays (9 paid holidays)Health Insurance401(k) with company contributionsProfit-sharing opportunitiesTeam-based activities & a supportive work environmentIf you're looking for a role where you can make an impact, work with a great team, and grow professionally, we'd love to hear from youEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 60,000.00 Per Year
