Internist/Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician- North Manhattan, Bronx, & Queens, NY (#3039)◆The salary for this position is $242,000 - $275,000 / yr (prorated based on the number of days worked)◆This is a Part-time (2-3 days a week, weekdays) with a potential for full-time◆Malpractice coverage◆Productivity bonusesBoard Certified or Board EligibleGreenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an Internist, a Family Medicine or a Primary Care Physician to fill an opening with a multi-specialty practice on multiple work locations (North Manhattan, Bronx, & Queens, NY)Requirements of the Internist/Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician:◆Must have an active NY State License◆Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible◆Should have at least 1 year of experience◆Preferably Bilingual in Spanish, Russian or other languages but not a requirement◆Must be open to travel to North Manhattan, the Bronx and Queens (Patients are clustered geographically for each day, so it is always one area at a time)Benefits of the Internist/Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician:◆The salary for this position is $242,000 - $275,000 / yr (prorated based on the number of days worked)◆This is a Part-time (2-3 days a week, weekdays) with a potential for full-time◆Malpractice coverage◆Productivity bonuses◆Driver will be provided, who will pick up the provider if reasonably close to the house call route.◆Potential benefits for full-time employees:◆Health insurance◆3 weeks of vacation◆1 week of sick leave◆CME allowance of $1,000◆401K planResponsibilities of the Internist/Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician:◆Consult with patients to understand their symptoms and health concerns.◆Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, such as bacterial and viral infections, as well as chronic diseases and conditions, such as hypertension, heart disease, or diabetes.◆Prescribe or administer medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.◆Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.◆Monitor patients' conditions and progress, and re-evaluate treatments, as necessary.◆Provide health and wellness advice to patients, including diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.◆Immunize patients against preventable diseases.◆Maintain detailed notes of appointments with patients, including comments, tests, and/or treatments prescribed, and test results.◆Refer patients to other medical specialists, when necessary.◆Provide support and advice to patients receiving long-term care.◆Prepare official health documents or records, when necessary.◆Conduct research into the testing and development of new medications, methods of treatment, or procedures to prevent or control illness, disease, or injury.Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is a nationwide recruitment agency, matching both new grads and advanced practitioners to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, multi-specialty groups, and private practices.If you would like to learn more about other opportunities we offer, please call our office: (800) 608-4025 or submit your Resume/CV to us.Employment Type: Part-TimeSalary: $ 242,000.00 275,000.00 Per Year
