Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional solutions? We're seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team and play a vital role in connecting healthcare and business organizations with the medical and surgical supplies they need.In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing new customer relationships and nurturing existing ones, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions. A strong understanding of the healthcare supply chain, experience in preparing quotes, and managing a sales pipeline are highly valued.This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position located in our corporate office in the Chicago North Shore area. As a key member of our sales team, we're looking for a collaborative team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Do:Build and Maintain Relationships: Proactively connect with healthcare and business organizations to expand existing sales and generate new opportunities.Provide Expert Solutions: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, customer needs, and effective sales strategies.Manage Sales Processes: Generate accurate quotes and sales orders for customer accounts, ensuring a seamless experience.Nurture Customer Relationships: Conduct regular outreach to existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.Prioritize and Organize: Manage tasks and projects with a goal-oriented and priority-driven approach.Execute Strategic Plans: Implement objective strategies as directed by management to achieve sales targets.What We're Looking For:2+ years of proven success in B2B inside sales, with experience growing market share within the healthcare industry, selling to professional medical facilities.Experience with a major CRM software is a strong plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in PC and software applications, including MS Excel and Word.Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Tools and data entry.Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong time management and organizational skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.A documented track record of achieving positive sales results.Ability to thrive in a team-centered environment.Willingness to work Monday through Friday in our office in the Skokie, IL area.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive base salary of $41,000 annually, plus a generous 12% commission on gross profit of sales.Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision).Paid time off, including 15 days of vacation/sick time per year.401k.Join Our TeamWe foster a company culture built on caring for our customers, a strong work ethic, a growth mindset, and a passion for our work.
