We primarily operate through partnerships with utility companies and municipalities, providing customers with seamless protection plans.We believe in fostering a workplace where diversity, equity, and inclusion are valued, and we are committed to providing a supportive, respectful, and engaging environment for our employees.About the RoleWe're looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our growing team This role plays a key part in driving business growth by delivering actionable insights that enhance our marketing initiatives and campaigns.Reporting to the Head of Marketing Analytics, this role is responsible for campaign and program-level reporting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including Direct Mail Marketing Strategy, Commercial Finance, Data Science, and Marketing Operations.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills who can communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.What You'll DoAnalyze complex marketing data to uncover trends, diagnose challenges, and provide actionable insights to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.Evaluate campaign performance across multiple channels, offering optimization recommendations and identifying areas for improvement.Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to refine marketing approaches and maximize effectiveness.Contribute to strategic planning efforts and support the launch of new partnerships by providing data-driven recommendations.Build and maintain marketing performance forecasts and reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) before, during, and after campaign launches.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines—all while maintaining attention to detail.What We're Looking ForExperience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, business, data science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
