Client Experience Coordinator (Remote)Are you passionate about building relationships, problem-solving, and ensuring clients feel valued and supported? We're looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to help deliver exceptional service, clear communication, and top-tier support to our clients.In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through their journey with our agency. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, proactive client engagement, and a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing support.Who We AreWe're a dynamic digital agency that manages multiple brands across various industries, with a primary focus on e-commerce businesses and select service-based brands. Our team thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment where collaboration, creativity, and client satisfaction are at the heart of what we do.What You'll DoBe the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.Guide new clients through the onboarding process, making sure they have everything they need for a smooth start.Provide administrative support to Account Managers and department leaders, including scheduling, project tracking, and client updates.Assist with reporting and documentation, keeping client files organized and up to date.Address client inquiries and concerns proactively, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, keeping everything on track between clients and internal teams.Monitor client feedback and engagement, providing insights to improve processes and enhance the overall experience.Track and report on client satisfaction metrics, helping refine our approach to better serve clients.Stay up to date on industry trends to bring fresh insights and added value to client interactions.What We're Looking ForExperience in client relations, account management, or customer service—ideally in an agency or marketing environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build strong client relationships.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities effectively.A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate client needs and offer solutions.Familiarity with project management tools (such as Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp) to track client projects and communication.A background in marketing, branding, or digital strategy is a plus, but not required.Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment while juggling multiple projects.Why Join Us?Fully remote role with a collaborative and supportive team.Work with a variety of clients across different industries, keeping your role exciting and dynamic.Opportunities for growth and learning in a fast-moving digital agency.If you're a client-focused professional who thrives on delivering outstanding experiences, we'd love to hear from youEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ 42,000.00 Per Year
