We partner with well-established brands to help drive sales and improve customer engagement through innovative strategies. We are currently seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Management Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level position offers a comprehensive training program designed to develop the next generation of leaders in sales and marketing.Role Sales Development Representative, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to prepare for a leadership role in sales and operations. You will gain practical experience in team management, customer relations, and retail operations. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals interested in advancing into management positions in a fast-paced, client-focused industry.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and promote products on behalf of our clients.Team Leadership: Assist in managing and motivating a team of sales representatives, providing support and guidance to help them achieve sales targets.Operations Oversight: Support daily operations at assigned retail locations, ensuring smooth execution of marketing and sales strategies.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, working with senior management to develop strategies to exceed sales goals.Training & Development: Participate in leadership development programs and receive continuous mentorship to improve managerial skills.Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with retail managers and staff to ensure alignment with client goals and smooth execution of marketing campaigns.Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
