What You'll Do

  • Represent injured clients in motor-vehicle collisions, slip and falls, dog bites, and complex liability matters from intake through resolution
  • Conduct targeted legal research and build strong, evidence-driven liability arguments
  • Draft precise and persuasive complaints, motions, briefs, and settlement packages
  • Communicate with clients consistently and with empathy, ensuring they feel protected and informed
  • Negotiate aggressively with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
  • Prepare cases for arbitration, mediation, and trial — and litigate when settlement isn't enough
  • Work collaboratively within a structured, system-driven practice where organization, accountability, and communication matter

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey
  • Strong command of personal injury law, civil procedure, and litigation strategy
  • Skilled in legal research platforms (Lexis, Westlaw) and modern case-management tools
  • Excellent communicator — clear writer, confident speaker, and strong listener
  • Detail-driven thinker with the ability to handle multiple active files without dropping balls
  • A growth-minded professional who takes initiative, owns their work, and operates with integrity
  • The temperament to work in a results-oriented environment where clients come first and excellence is the baseline
