What You'll Do:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car-buying process.
  • Work closely with your management to refine your skills.
  • Build lasting relationships and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Basic computer proficiency for using customer management software and completing digital paperwork.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • A  positive attitude and a team-first mindset

Salary Description
$55,000-$135,000 annually
