Kitchen Manager

As a Kitchen Manager your goal is to meet and exceed guests' expectations while maintaining a positive work environment, top notch product quality, cleanliness, all while having fun while at work. This position supports the Owner while performing daily functions of the restaurant. Daily functions include checking inventory, preparing the prep list, receiving orders, food prep, inventory, working a cook station as needed.

Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have 2+ years of culinary management experience
  • Drive the development, training, implementation of monthly specials.
  • Manage shifts which include daily tasks, scheduling and planning
  • Ensure adherence to recipes, safety practices and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  • Coach, lead and develop the team
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Work 40hrs/week with two consecutive days off
