Position Overview – Housekeeping Attendant

At Hilton, Housekeeping Attendants play a key role in delivering the exceptional service and comfort our guests expect. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our guest rooms and public areas. In this vital role, you will help create a welcoming, comfortable, and memorable stay for every guest, upholding the quality and hospitality that define the Marriott brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as required.
  • Ensure rooms are prepared for guest check-in, including making beds and organizing the room.
  • Vacuum, dust, and wipe down furniture and fixtures.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage and housekeeping areas.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently.
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
