We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Unit Clerk/Receptionist to join our team at our Lake Geneva location. This full-time, weekday position plays a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our front office and supporting both staff and residents. Schedule is 8:30a to 5:00p, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff
  • Perform general secretarial and clerical duties such as filing, copying, and maintaining office supplies
  • Coordinate resident transportation as needed
  • Provide general support to the nurses and administrative team

Qualifications:

  • Professional and courteous communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a welcoming, efficient front desk environment
  • A service-oriented mindset and team-player attitude
