At Transformation House, our Recovery Techs play an essential role in supporting clients and ensuring a safe, structured environment. You'll work closely with clinical and nursing teams, monitor client activities, administer medications, and help maintain a positive milieu.

The overnight position is from 11p - 7a.  All Techs are required to work every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and document client activities, ensuring safety and accountability
  • Conduct facility rounds every two hours (hourly during visitation)
  • Assist with client admissions, discharges, and documentation
  • Administer or oversee medication distribution
  • Perform drug screenings and breathalyzer tests as required
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Procentive)
  • Assist with facility upkeep and client chore organization
  • Provide client transportation as needed
  • Utilize de-escalation techniques when necessary
  • Prepare meals when required
  • Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

  • Availability to work every other weekend
  • Ability to be approved to drive company vehicles under company insurance
  • Ability to pass DHS Background Study
  • Basic computer skills
