As we grow, we're seeking a meticulous and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth, efficient inventory operations.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Specialist who will oversee inventory management, track product movement, and help optimize our supply chain. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working within a regulated or manufacturing environment preferably in the medical device or aesthetic industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Help set up inventory management system per ISO 13485
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Implement strategies to prevent shortages and excesses
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure alignment with physical stock
  • Manage inventory of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits
  • Work closely with the manufacturing and logistics teams to forecast inventory needs
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain inventory records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards
  • Assist in developing and improving inventory control procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on stock availability and production timelines

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in materials warehouse and planning
  • Proven experience as an inventory specialist, inventory coordinator, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of MRP/ERP processes
  • Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of FDA, ISO, and/or GMP standards
  • Experience with NetSuite or Oracle is a plus
