Summary

We are seeking a Production /Shipping Associate to join our Team. The Production -Shipping Associate will be responsible for producing and shipping customer orders and ordering and receiving materials needed for production. Duties include operating production machinery for labor law posters (printers, cutters, and laminators), measuring and recording production data, helping to unload and store materials, ensuring customer orders are shipped promptly, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Responsibilities

  • Printer and Equipment maintenance, open service tickets if necessary
  • Operate Printers Cutters and Laminator.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Schedule production activities
  • Monitor inventory and order materials
  • Coordinate with other departments
  • Communicate production progress to management
  • Ensure all orders are accurate and shipped on time
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure materials are received promptly
  • Coordinate the daily pickup of outgoing shipments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of office administrative procedures
  • Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour
