Job Overview:

Ebenezer is looking for a Custodian to join our team at Tower Apartments in Minneapolis, MN This position is responsible for the deep cleaning of carpeted surfaces, stripping, waxing, and burnishing of hard floor surfaces. This position may also perform general cleaning duties.

This environmental services schedule includes;

  • 80 hours every two weeks
  • Full time; Day shift
  • No weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Performs all floor care duties including:

  • Carpet sweeping, floor sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing

  • Carpet extraction
  • Stripping, waxing, and burnishing of hard floor surfaces

  • May also perform the following:

  • Cleans assigned areas in accordance with schedule

  • Assists housekeeping staff as needed
  • Assists with moving boxes, furniture, etc
  • Empties and removes trash and recycling
  • Performs other duties assigned and directed

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One to three years of previous experience
  • Experience with mechanical equipment

Qualifications:

$15.98- $22.56 Hourly
