Position Highlights:

• Position: Physical Therapist II

• Location: Elmhurst Hospital, Elmhurst, IL

• Part-Time, 20 hours weekly

• Hours: 2 days per week, 10 hour shifts, 10:00am to 8:00pm. Flexible days between Monday through Thursday.

• Rotating weekends and 2 holidays per year

What you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (if graduated before 2002) OR Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (if graduated OR Doctorate in Physical Therapy (if graduated 2015 and after).

• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure

• Current CPR Certification issued by the American Heart Association BLS provider

• A valid driver's license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off site location. If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested.

• A minimum of 1-3 years experience working in a hospital in an acute setting.

• Support available for certification and development

Required without License:

• Notification from Continental Testing Services advising of receipt and approval of application for licensure (if first-time test taker).

• "Authorization to Test" (ATT) letter from Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy

• Confirmation of Computer-Based Exam

• State of Illinois Physical Therapy license within 90 days of hire

• Current CPR Certification issued by the American Heart Association BLS provider
