HVAC Salesperson

The Tucson, AZ, branch of Advantage Home Performance (AHP) is seeking a dynamic HVAC Salesman/Comfort Consultant to join our team. We take pride in delivering quality work for our customers. AHP is a Trane Comfort Specialist.

We will consider talented HVAC service technicians or lead installers who are interested in pursuing sales opportunities. If you possess the necessary people skills, communication skills, HVAC knowledge and a desire to learn, your resume will be considered.

Our approach to the market is twofold. We will replace HVAC equipment "like for like" if that's what the situation dictates. However, we excel in helping customers reduce their utility bills, enhance their comfort, and improve their indoor air quality.

HVAC Experience (Minimum 4 Years)

• Hands-on experience in HVAC service, or installation is required.
• You must understand system installations, performance issues, and installation standards.

· Load calcs (If you don't know how to perform load calcs and duct design, you must be willing to learn)

Strong Interpersonal skills

· You're friendly, approachable, and a strong communicator.

· You love connecting with people and making complex information easy to understand.

· You have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team

Qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years of HVAC service or installation experience.

A solid general knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes

Know how to perform load calcs (willingness to learn if you don't know the process)

Possesses basic computer skills: Excel, Word, …

Possess a clean driving record

A background check will be performed

Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus

Compensation

Pay: Base salary + commission. We guarantee a base compensation of between 80K to 110K for a candidate who meets the objectives outlined in this ad. The candidate's experience will dictate where the compensation guarantee is set.
