You'll coordinate housekeeping schedules, oversee utility and Wi-Fi setups, manage DirecTV access, and ensure vendor tasks are completed on time. You'll also track parking reservations, respond to service requests, and collaborate with teams across the company to maintain our high service standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating apartment setups, deconstructs, and daily readiness tasks across Core and Global markets
- Managing housekeeping schedules and confirming clean statuses before arrivals
- Setting up and maintaining utilities, Wi-Fi, and DirecTV accounts for each unit
- Handling guest parking logistics, reservations, and billing accuracy
- Communicating with vendors and building staff to ensure timely access and service delivery
- Monitoring and resolving maintenance issues with follow-through to completion
- Updating systems like Salesforce and Oscar to reflect real-time apartment status
- Responding to internal questions from Guest Services, Operations, Leasing, and Accounting
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule to support urgent after-hours needs
What Makes This Role Unique
- You'll work across departments—from Guest Services to Leasing to Accounting—on high-impact projects
- You'll be empowered to own key operational workflows and relationships with vendors and building partners
- You'll join a team that values Challenge, Collaboration, Care, Career, and Community
- You'll be based in our New York office, working with a supportive, passionate group that thrives on delivering excellence
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, apartment management, or corporate housing
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills—especially when handling multiple requests and systems at once
- A proactive communicator who thrives on organization and accountability
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Oscar, and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) is a big plus
- Daily use of Salesforce and Oscar is required to manage apartment readiness, guest services coordination, and internal task tracking
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating on-call schedule
Perks & Benefits
- Competitive salary and paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Wellness program and employee assistance resources
- Career growth opportunities within a supportive and inclusive team
Work Hours & Location
