High Life is on the lookout for a motivated and strong leader to manage our busy retail store in Columbia, SC.

This is a full time gig, around 35-40 hours a week.

**You need to be 21 or older to apply.**

Starting pay is $13-15/hour PLUS UNCAPPED commissions

The more you sell, the more cash you make in commission You'll also get paid for your training hours, and they'll show up on your first paycheck.

As the manager, you'll be in charge of the daily operations of the store and working on boosting sales for a smooth-running shop. Here's what you'll be doing:

  1. Run the store operations

  2. Manage the staff.

  3. Communication *Good communication is super important for this role

  4. Keep a positive and productive work vibe.

  5. Customer Service *You've gotta be all about making customers happy

  6. Sales and Marketing.

  7. Make sure we follow federal, state, and local laws. *Stay on top of tobacco policies and make any changes needed.

  8. Manage inventory.

  9. Merchandising.

  10. Financial Management & Deposit Runs to the Bank

  11. What we're looking for: Awesome customer service skills, great communication, solid time-management, and at least 1 year of management experience. Retail experience is a big plus. You'll also need reliable transportation to get to the bank to make deposits.

  12. Store Hours are 8am to 11pm daily, with openers arriving at 7:30am.
