About the Role:

We're seeking Associate Attorneys with 0–3 years of experience to join a dynamic, claimant-side practice in Pittston, PA. You'll gain hands-on litigation experience, work closely with clients, and receive mentorship from seasoned attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
• Prepare witnesses and evidence for depositions, administrative hearings, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and colleagues.
• Manage assigned cases efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

• J.D. and admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar
• 0-3 years of Workers' Compensation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and file management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and work ethic
