Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our growing team. The CRC will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical studies from start-up through close-out, ensuring protocol compliance, regulatory adherence, and participant safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily study activities in compliance with GCP, IRB, and protocol requirements
  • Screen, enroll, and follow up with study participants
  • Maintain accurate and complete source documentation and case report forms (CRFs)
  • Collaborate with investigators, monitors, and sponsors to ensure successful study conduct
  • Prepare for and participate in site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
  • Maintain regulatory files and assist with submissions to IRBs and sponsors
  • Collect and process lab specimens per protocol requirements
  • Provide patient education and support throughout the clinical trial process
  • Ensure timely data entry and query resolution in EDC systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator preferred
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and IRB processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and EDC platforms (e.g., Medidata, Veeva)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with nephrology or internal medicine trials
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
