Customer Account Specialist Overview

Responsibilities of the Customer Account Specialist:

  • Serve as the main in-person point of contact for business clients to ensure outstanding business satisfaction.
  • Represent AT&T solutions with professionalism and enthusiasm in every sales interaction.

  • Ensure measurable business satisfaction through personalized consultation and follow-ups.

Qualifications of the Customer Account Specialist:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or B2B client management is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in-person with clients daily.
