Role Overview
As a Generalist / Customer Service & Warehouse Manager
, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll manage customer service across multiple platforms, ensure orders are processed accurately, and help organize and maintain our warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service Management
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, and other platforms in a timely, professional manner.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and order-related questions.
- Work directly with the CEO to maintain a consistent brand image and positive customer experience.
- Warehouse Operations
- Help organize and pack orders for shipment.
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean warehouse environment.
- Track inventory and assist with restocking and receiving shipments.
- Operations & General Support
- Coordinate between customer service and fulfillment to ensure smooth order flow.
- Identify and implement small process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Support management in miscellaneous operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy — comfortable using Shopify, Easyship, Amazon Seller, or similar tools.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
