Description

  • Oversee fund accounting processes and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review NAVs and financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor fund performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in managing fund budgets, forecasts, and expense tracking.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff and support their professional development.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Profile

A successful Fund Controller should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of fund accounting and financial reporting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
