Project Administrator
Summary
The Project Administrator acts as a liaison between the project operations and the divisional support team. This position is responsible for supporting and helping the project manager in many ways. The Project Administrator helps drive a project's success through prioritizing activities and proactive communication.
Pay Rate: $23 / Per Hour
Full Time: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
Job Duties
Liaison for project operations and serves as the primary resource for hourly employees assigned to the project.
Act as liaison between Hourly Employees and the Project Office.
Manages job openings and is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for the account.
Is the primary support resource for successful hiring, onboarding, and staffing
Assist the People Operations department with updating all employee files and assist/support in other areas as it relates to the organization and state law rules and regulations.
Assist hourly direct hire employees with access to the employee self-serve.
Manage daily timekeeping as needed
Prepare and process all background screenings, I-9 verifications, new hires, rehires, re-classifications, payroll changes, and termination paperwork for hourly employees.
Promote accountability of project managers following company policies and procedures.
Assists in preparing final payrolls when needed.
All uniform inventory, distribution, and collection for the project account
Special tasks or projects as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 2-3 years of experience as an Administrator or a related field
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint (Google Sheets, Google Slides)
- Time Management and the ability to rank task importance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Forward thinking
- Basic accounting skills
- Attention to detail
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
