Role Description
This full-time on-site Retail Sales Consultant role is based in Erie, PA. The role involves assisting customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining product knowledge to increase sales. Responsibilities also include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Retail Sales Consultants at Prime Communications play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while representing AT&T and Prime Communications.
Qualifications
- Skills in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales to effectively sell products and services
- Customer Experience and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to focus on Customer Satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues professionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation to work in a dynamic, performance-driven retail environment
- Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in related fields are advantageous
