Celer Mortgage is hiring motivated, full-time Mortgage Loan Officers who are licensed in California and ready to grow fast. Whether you're new to lending or looking for a better platform, we provide free training, leads, tools, and full support to help you succeed.

At Celer, our Loan Officers average 14 closed deals per person using our proven systems and warm lead flow. We partner with top lenders and give you everything you need to focus on production—not paperwork.

What We Offer:

  • Commission-Only Position with average earnings of $70,000–$210,000+ annually
  • Warm, pre-qualified leads and live appointments provided
  • Access to ARIVE LOS, Follow Up Boss CRM, and full-time in-house marketing—free
  • Full backend support: LOA, processors, and 2 full-time in-house brokers
  • Lender access: UWM, JMAC, Community Wholesale
  • Referral pipeline: Work alongside 80+ in-house agents who average 6 deals/year
  • Custom business planning and mentorship

Responsibilities:

  • Help clients through the loan process, from application to close
  • Review credit and financials to determine loan eligibility
  • Use CRM and LOS systems to manage pipeline efficiently
  • Ensure full compliance with state/federal lending regulations
  • Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and agents
  • Deliver excellent service throughout every transaction

Qualifications:

  • Active California DRE license and NMLS required
  • Full-time availability
  • Coachable and self-driven mindset
  • No experience needed – we provide free training

Compensation:

  • Commission only
  • Average earnings: $70,000 to $210,000+ per year

Schedule:

  • Choose your own hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • On-call and weekends as needed
  • 8-hour shifts (flexible)
