What You'll Do
Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support as they build and scale AI applications on our GPU cloud infrastructure. This is an opportunity to shape the support experience for cutting-edge AI workloads while building and mentoring a high-performing team.

Base of $160k-$180k + Bonus and RSU Package

Must Have

• 5+ years in either technical support/ support engineering roles, or Cloud, DevOps, or SRE related roles.
• 2+ years managing technical support or Cloud/DevOps teams
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing support organizations
• Strong technical background in distributed systems troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience defining support processes, metrics, and SLAs
• Customer-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with GPU computing and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
• Background in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
• Knowledge of ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and incident management
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment
