About the Role

As an Experienced Window Cleaner at Casa Washa, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional exterior and interior window cleaning services for residential and commercial clients across Austin. You'll operate with professionalism, precision, and care — every job, every time.

Responsibilities

  • Clean interior and exterior windows, frames, screens, tracks, and glass doors with expert-level technique
  • Safely use ladders, extension poles, and professional window-cleaning equipment
  • Deliver a consistent 5-star experience from greeting the customer to final walkthrough
  • Communicate proactively with customers and the Casa Washa team
  • Capture high-quality photos/videos for social media (must be comfortable being on camera)
  • Promote and sell:
  • Subscription cleanings
  • Add-on services (gutter cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, screen repair, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean vehicle, equipment, and uniform
  • Request 5-star reviews on every job and follow our review process
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

Requirements

  • 1+ year professional window cleaning experience required (residential or commercial)
  • Strong customer service skills — friendly, clear communicator, professional demeanor
  • Comfortable on social media (Instagram, TikTok) — filming content, speaking on camera, showing transformations
  • Able to upsell and educate customers on subscription plans and additional services
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders up to 32 ft
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
