What you'll do
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of pediatric dental services.
- Utilize advanced technologies such as digital x-rays and digital scans.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety during all procedures.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry to optimize efficiency during treatments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the highest quality care.
Basic qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution and specialty in pediatric dentistry.
- Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Open Dental.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry and experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care to pediatric patients.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and experience in medical documentation processes is a plus.

Pay: $117, $141,759.69 per year
