Who We Are
At Inverto North America, we're defining what's next in procurement and supply chain—driven by ambition, precision, and impact. With the strength of BCG behind us and a sharp entrepreneurial mindset at our core, we partner with leading global organizations to deliver strategies that create lasting value.
Our people are central to that mission. As experts who move with intent and momentum, we continually invest in developing our capabilities, expanding our reach, and scaling our impact. Growth at Inverto is shared growth—opening new opportunities for our clients, our business, and our teams.
As we continue to build our bench of technology sourcing leaders, we're looking for individuals who bring deep tech sourcing expertise, a strategic point of view, and the energy to lead collaboratively. If you're ready to drive change, deliver results, and help shape the future—we want to talk.
What You'll Do
As a Principal in Tech Sourcing, your impact will be seen—and felt—at every level. You'll lead high-stakes sourcing programs that go beyond savings to drive real business transformation. From infrastructure and cloud to SaaS and managed services, you'll bring strategic clarity to complex environments, delivering outcomes that last.
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients' executive teams, steering key decisions with confidence and insight. You'll lead conversations that matter—translating ambition into action and unlocking long-term value through sourcing excellence.
Beyond delivery, you'll shape what comes next. You'll co-lead business development efforts, guide winning proposals, and help define the future of our Tech Sourcing Advantage offering. Your leadership will strengthen our product portfolio, evolve our delivery model, and open new avenues for growth.
You'll also play a hands-on role in mentoring and developing talent—because at Inverto, growing the business means growing our people. As part of our global Tech Sourcing leadership team, you'll collaborate with peers across markets, building capability, sharing knowledge, and pushing our offering forward.
This isn't just a role. It's your chance to leave a lasting mark—on clients, on colleagues, and on Inverto itself.
As part of a high-growth company, with accelerated opportunities you will be responsible to:
- Lead and steer major sourcing engagements. Oversee the delivery of the most complex, high-value tech sourcing projects across infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, and managed services—while guiding multiple project teams and ensuring strategic alignment with client objectives.
- Shape C-level conversations. Drive high-impact client engagements, including C-suite meetings, senior IT stakeholder workshops, and strategic planning sessions—bringing credibility, commercial acumen, and deep IT sourcing expertise.
- Fuel new business growth. Lead pitch presentations and serve as a content expert on proposals—translating client needs into tailored solutions. Support go-to-market strategy and ensure our TSA offering is positioned to win.
- Advance our TSA service offering. Identify and lead product development opportunities to evolve Inverto's Tech Sourcing Advantage—building scalable solutions, overseeing knowledge assets, and defining the strategic direction of internal tools and databases.
- Build and strengthen key networks. Deepen relationships with senior Inverto and BCG stakeholders. Actively shape joint delivery models, contribute to cross-firm knowledge sharing, and support the execution of TSA strategy in collaboration with the CoE head.
- Develop and grow top talent. Serve as Career Advisor to Senior Project Managers and Senior Consultants. Champion recruitment efforts, support onboarding, and help shape Inverto's future leadership pipeline.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of professional experience in IT sourcing, with broad expertise across several sub-categories
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Master's preferred)
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level sourcing projects and managing senior client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development, lead pitches, and shape go-to-market strategies
- Deep knowledge of IT category trends and experience applying them to client challenges and internal capability building
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and client advisory skills at the executive level
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on innovation and growth
- Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills
- Willingness to travel to work with clients and Inverto teams. At times, this role will require significant travel to client sites. The amount of travel will depend on client needs and nature of projects
- Dedication to team leadership, talent development, and shaping the next generation of sourcing experts
Who You'll Work With
- Senior BCG Leadership
- Talented colleagues who are experts in procurement, tech sourcing and beyond
